Charterhouse Lagos is the first British independent school in Nigeria and represents the largest private-sector investment in education in the country. Since opening in September 2024, the school has established a new standard for educational provision in Nigeria and West Africa.

With world-class facilities and a commitment to excellence, we develop students with a passion for learning, achievement and leadership. Our secure, self-contained campus is located in Ogombo on the Lekki Peninsula, south of mainland Lagos.

The campus offers outstanding educational and boarding facilities, supported by 24-hour security so that students and staff can take full advantage of everything available. Our boarding provision gives students the opportunity to become part of a welcoming, purposeful and supportive residential community.

Facilities include fully connected classrooms; science and STEM laboratories; dedicated music, art, drama and library spaces; a 25-metre competition swimming pool and learn-to-swim pool; an indoor basketball gym; indoor and outdoor football pitches; and a beautifully landscaped campus offering both relaxation and a connection to nature.

The school provides an international education for students aged 5 to 18, from Years 1 to 13, following the British curriculum. Students progress to IGCSE and A-level qualifications, preparing them to apply to leading universities around the world.
