Bosworth Independent School are looking for an inspirational Physics Teacher from September 2023


Our school is a vibrant co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 11 - 19. We have a mixture of British and international students, creating a diverse and multi-cultural learning environment. We are a relatively small school with big ambitions. OVERVIEW OF THE JOB 

You will teach our wonderful pupils, supporting their learning to allow them to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will develop, deliver, and support the academic programmes in line with our high standards. 



REPORTS TO 

You will be directly responsible to the Head of Department and will work within the framework set by and under the general direction of the Headmaster. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB 

As an inspirational teacher who loves their subject, you will:

•  Bring your subject alive in the classroom, motivating and inspiring your classes

•  Plan, deliver and assess the pupils work

•  Provide sufficient challenge to your pupils, to ensure they make excellent progress in their learning

Closing date for application is the 17th March and first stage interviews will be scheduled from Monday 27th March. Please note for all teaching role you will be required to deliver a lesson in school.

Values and Vision

Bosworth Independent School has a range of different subjects on the curriculum. This includes crafts, go karting, English and tennis. The school hopes to give the best education to all the students. Teachers give care and support to every pupil when they need it the most, throughout their time at the school. Students should enjoy their time at the establishment and participate in every possible activity that is presented to them. They are taught to work as a team with other pupils, with the aim of helping them develop the necessary skills for life in the workplace.
