JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking to appoint a passionate and skilled Piano and Voice teacher - peripatetic. Situated in the scenic Crans-Montana, our international boarding and day school has a thriving music department that's constantly growing.
The ideal candidate will be a talented musician and pedagogue who can deliver lessons in English. Fluency in French would be advantageous. We value individuals who exhibit a collaborative spirit, take initiative, and serve as positive role models for our students.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to teach Piano and Voice across a broad range of levels, from G2 to IB2 (7 to 18 years old) . Experience teaching various vocal styles and preparing students for examination boards (ABRSM/Trinity, etc) is highly desirable.
WORK PERMITS
Obtaining work permits for third-country nationals is a complex and unpredictable procedure. As a result, we give priority to candidates with a Swiss, EU or EFTA passport. In this instance, since the number of teaching periods is variable, a work permit for EU/EFTA citizens can not be granted and we must appoint a Swiss citizen or a Swiss resident.
