Play Worker

Fixed Term until July 2017, 16.25 hours per week (Breakfast Session: 7.30-9.00 & After school Session: 15.00-18.15) Term Time Only (38 weeks)

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and creative play workers to join our wrap around care team. You will support the provision of primary age children before and after school, helping to plan and supervise the play of children during term time.

This position is for candidates who have experience of supervising structured sessions for children aged 3 to 11.

At High View Primary we are looking for a playworker who is:

• Passionate about working with children,
• Able to provide safe, creative play opportunities, preparing activities, organising the programme etc.
• Able to engage and inspire children,
• A positive role model.
