What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You’ll:

  • Deliver hands-on, engaging plumbing lessons across different levels

  • Plan creative sessions that bring the subject to life

  • Track progress and help learners smash their goals

  • Support and mentor students through tutorials and guidance

  • Help design and develop exciting new course content

  • Work with colleagues, employers, and industry partners

  • Get involved in open days, events, and student recruitment

  • Lead or support Level 2 and 3 programmes

  • Create a classroom where everyone feels supported, included, and motivated

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You’ll bring:

  • Solid plumbing knowledge and experience

  • Great communication skills (you can explain tricky things simply!)

  • A positive, team-player attitude

  • Confidence using IT and learning systems

  • A passion for helping others succeed

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)

  • Relevant plumbing qualification

  • Teaching qualification OR willingness to train (we’ll support you!)
