What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll:
Deliver hands-on, engaging plumbing lessons across different levels
Plan creative sessions that bring the subject to life
Track progress and help learners smash their goals
Support and mentor students through tutorials and guidance
Help design and develop exciting new course content
Work with colleagues, employers, and industry partners
Get involved in open days, events, and student recruitment
Lead or support Level 2 and 3 programmes
Create a classroom where everyone feels supported, included, and motivated
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You’ll bring:
Solid plumbing knowledge and experience
Great communication skills (you can explain tricky things simply!)
A positive, team-player attitude
Confidence using IT and learning systems
A passion for helping others succeed
Qualifications:
GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
Relevant plumbing qualification
Teaching qualification OR willingness to train (we’ll support you!)
