This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful team who are critical in supporting and focusing

on the needs, safeguarding, behaviour and learning of our students.


We are seeking a caring, reliable, organised person with good levels of initiative, who is passionate

about making an amazing difference to young people’s lives.

This role is based in a classroom in the school and focuses on the learning and safety needs of

students. You will be required to teach and instruct students for a significant proportion of the school

day. You will also support students who require extra assistance. You will be able to establish

constructive relationships with parents, carers and external agencies and encourage positive family

support in order to promote positive behaviour and support our students with their variety of needs

to ensure they thrive at Light Hall and beyond.

This is a very exciting time to join us. We are adding a sixth form to our educational provision in
