An experienced Student Support Worker and Administrator is required to support the Post-16 Team starting September 2017.
The post holder will be required to provide Administrative and Pastoral Support to the Director of Post 16. The role involves a broad range of administrative duties as well as pastoral and mentoring responsibilities. The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be able to respond to challenges students face and offer support for students.
Previous experience of working in a school is desirable.
Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Term Time only, including Training Days.
The salary is Grade 5, £20,661 - £25,951 pro rata.
