Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is seeking a talented and driven individual to fulfil the role of Post-16 Study Manager. We are looking for an individual with flair, drive and the desire to make a real difference to Academy outcomes. You will provide curriculum and pastoral support for our Post 16 students.

You will liaise with the KS5 Leader to determine appropriate interventions and monitor the impact of actions on outcomes.

The role involves mentoring and supporting students and their parents, at risk of underperforming as identified through progress and behaviour data, in consultation with KS5 Leader.

Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is a 'Good' school in Leeds (Ofsted, 2024) with Outstanding features. It is an 11-18 Academy with a Sixth Form and an intake of over 1000 students and around 135 staff. Originally a co-operative foundation school and part of the Leeds Co-operative School’s Network, they joined the Co-operative Academies Trust in July 2017.
