Job overview

ABC teachers are working in close partnership with a large school in Rubery, Worcestershire to recruit a part time teacher to cover PPA across the school. The position will be 2 days per week and will continue from January 2020 until Easter.

The successful candidate will be a fun and creative teacher who can adapt teaching across all year groups to engage with a broad range of pupils. You will have a positive approach to teaching and show devotion towards pupil development. You will need be a strong team player and be an organised and reliable individual. 

The school itself is a large primary which aims to provide all pupils with a creative and inspiring education whilst equipping them with important life skills. The school benefits from a dedicated team who work hard to maintain the supportive working environment and is also striving to become an outstanding school.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of PPA Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience teaching primary education across all levels

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum). The experience, training or qualifications required in order to receive the maximum salary for this role are: dependant on the school you are applying to, and your current pay scale.
