The Arbor School is a new, full age-range school in Dubai. The Arbor School wishes to recruit an exceptional manager to lead the establishment of the founding team.
This is an opportunity to join the senior management team of a new, premium, full age-range school in Dubai which will open in August, 2018. Operating to the National Curriculum of England and Wales, the school will have, as its core philosophy, an emphasis on ecology, education for sustainability and inclusion.
The successful candidate will help create a new school from inception to opening and to take staff and pupils through the important first years of the new operation. Starting in the primary phase, we are looking to recruit strong leaders who are able to form excellent relationships with trustees, parents and pupils. In particular, the PR and Marketing Manager shall play a key role in ensuring that the vison, mission and activities of Arbor are communicated to the community – both internally and externally.
Supported by a fully bilingual management team, the applicants will provide vision and leadership to the learning community and support a wide range of abilities with the help of on-site scientific, linguistic and learning-support/intervention expertise.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or other relevant degree
- Bilingualism in English and Arabic, both spoken and written would be an advantage.
- The ability to work with a range of staff and customers at all levels
- Experience of working in an educational environment is an advantage
Remuneration Package:
All positions attract a competitive remuneration package made up of a very competitive basic salary and a mix of benefits such as : accommodation allowances, schooling allowances, Transport allowances, private medical insurance, annual economy airfares to country of residence, and end of gratuity as per UAE labour law.
