We are looking for a Pre-Prep Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Pre-Prep (Years 1 and 2).
The successful candidate will have the Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload. They will have Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office,
Excel, Outlook and Teams. They will apply outstanding customer service skills when dealing with parents, pupils, staff and others.

This long-established and well-known preparatory school educates boys aged 3 to 13 (girls 3 to 4), preparing them for entrance and scholarship examinations to independent London day schools and boarding schools across the country. Re-branded in 2011, the school aims to challenge boys in their pursuit of excellence and to inspire each pupil to realise his full potential. Sport, Music and Art are encouraged to a high standard. There are many out-of-school activities, including a wide variety of holiday trips.
The main ages for entry are at three, four and seven years, with smaller entries at five and eight. There are occasional vacancies at other ages.
