The Pre-Prep
The Bishop’s Stortford College comprises of Senior, Prep and Pre-Prep Schools. The Pre-Prep School for pupils aged 4 – 7, feeds into the Prep School, which is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 7 – 13. They are the preparatory schools for the Senior School to which most of the Prep School pupils transfer at the end of Year 8.
The Pre-Prep School is a wonderful community, where teaching and learning is fun. The pupils and staff alike are enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and committed, but enjoy and thrive in our exciting learning environment. The happy, positive atmosphere is commented on by visitors, as the children and teachers engage in their lessons and with each other.

The Post
The Pre-Prep School are seeking to appoint a part-time passionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to support and nurture our inquisitive and receptive Pre-Prep pupils in the afternoons and during after school wraparound care sessions The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject along with experience of working in a school.
