Pre-School Educator

My name is Lisa Zanger and I run the KLAX pre-school "Regenbogenhaus" in Berlin-Pankow. We have been working very closely with the KLAX school for many years. We organise parties together, support each other on open days and look after the younger siblings of the school children. Children from all over the world learn at the KLAX school. Our kindergarten is also becoming more and more international.

We are looking for you as a new colleague (m/f/d) for our young and international team in the kindergarten area from 1.12.2023.

Your profile:

• Warmth, empathy, motivation and commitment
• Basic knowledge of English
• Willingness to learn and work with digital tools
• Recognised educational qualification in the field of early childhood education

Your tasks:

• Individual developmental support for our children
• Observing and documenting each child's current level of development and learning pathways
• Planning and implementing stimulating educational activities and individual incentives
• Organisation of a child-friendly daily routine
