Welcome to St Paul’s Way, an exceptional school community providing a transformational education for all.

At St Paul’s Way our children and young people receive a rigorous and exciting education within an inspirational set of buildings, are supported and inspired by a highly qualified staff team, a rich and broad curriculum and a strong emphasis on character development.  We focus on sparking their interests through carefully planned lessons and educational experiences that kindle their aspirations and prepare them for their futures.

We value self-regulation and help our children and young people to understand the importance of integrity – doing the right thing, even when it is hard and even when no one is watching.  We want all our students to leave us with the ability to be independent lifelong learners with the determination and resilience required for future success.  Our environment consistently pushes our children and young people beyond their perceived limits, encouraging them to strive for excellence.

Our school is at the heart of the St Paul’s Way community.  We work closely with our parents and our partners to secure the best possible opportunities for everyone.  We know that the great outcomes for young people are secured when there is a strong and constructive link between home and school.  Our children and young people, as well as our staff, have unrivalled access to top universities and a voice in the community.

We are a community within the school, knowing that it is important for everyone to feel that they are welcome and belong in the school.  We celebrate our differences and value the diversity in our community.

Our aim is to nurture well-rounded individuals.  Our pupils are provided with myriad opportunities to lead and serve within their communities.  Sports, music and the arts play an integral role in our curriculum.  For our outstanding learners, we offer enriched learning experiences and bespoke advice for those considering Oxbridge and other competitive university admissions.  Our Inclusion Team, in conjunction with specialists in our Deaf Support Base, ensure that tailored learning, training and support are available as and when required.
