GLF are looking to appoint a Premises Cluster Manager to lead on all aspects of premises management across four primary schools in Sutton, Epsom and Ewell area of Surrey - Warren Mead Schools Partnership, Cuddington Croft Primary School, Banstead Infants School and The Vale Primary School. 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of, or qualifications in Health and Safety, project management experience and have a strong working knowledge of site maintenance. Reporting directly to the Regional Estates Partner, you will manage the premises team within the schools cluster, oversee contractors for all works and be responsible for improving and maintaining our school sites in a cost-effective way.

Due to school locations and the requirements of this role the successful candidate will have their own vehicle and drivers licence.

The Details

Start date: As soon as possible

FTE Salary: £33,000

Pay Range: GLF Senior Specialist

Hours of work: Full time, 36 hours per week, hours may require flexibility for contractors and services, 52 weeks per year
