Job overview
Newhaven School is looking to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic and committed premises manager who will ensure that the school building is maintained to the highest possible level, with the health and safety of students, staff and visitors at the core.
The ideal applicant will have experience delivering maintenance across a wide skill set i.e. carpentry, joinery and plumbing. You will possess excellent communication skills and, above all, a positive and proactive attitude. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our building including maintenance, housekeeping and supporting the School Business Manager with all aspects of health and safety.
It is essential that the applicant holds a current full UK driving license, and access to a car will be required.

Newhaven Pupil Referral Unit is a high performing and complex alternative provision set in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This is because they feel valued and are supported to work together to improve pupils’ outcomes”.
