Job overview

Due to the retirement of our outstanding Premises Manager we are seeking to appoint a committed and experienced new Premises Manager as soon as possible to lead on the facilities management of our site.    The main responsibilities of the role are to ensure the school is well maintained, compliant, secure, safe and attractive for all students, staff and visitors in line with the school’s vision, including:  

• Overseeing the building, plant  and grounds maintenance of our school site 

• To be responsible for our Building Management System and Computer Aided Facilities  Management software 

• Managing the provision of utilities infrastructure, security, cleaning and general services for the whole site 

• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health & safety and security standards  

• Managing the school’s lettings service to generate income from the site facilities  


This is a permanent, full time role – 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
