Hours:
Full Time Position, 36 hours per week (plus one-hour unpaid lunch break
9.20 am- 5.30 pm plus pre-agreed overtime for supervision of lettings, evening events and occasional call-outs

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our school for a Premises Manager to join our team. Required as soon as possible, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has high standards of self and others.
We require a reliable, practical, cheerful, friendly and well-motivated person who will ensure that our premises and grounds are kept safe, warm, clean and properly maintained.
You will be responsible for:
• overseeing the building and safety compliance of the school site.
• managing the school site and environment
• managing the school’s Premises Team
• inspecting and carrying out minor repair work,
• ensuring the site is compliant with health and safety requirements,
• keeping accurate up to date records (both paper and PC based) and managing the site and asset databases,
• supervising visiting contractors,
• managing the schools’ cleaning and security contracts
• managing the schools’ lettings
• liaising with the key stakeholders.
• you will have key holding and security responsibilities.
You will need exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to deal tactfully and positively with staff, students, contractors and members of the public.
