Job overview
We are seeking to recruit a hardworking and experienced Premises Officer to join a proactive and busy College Premises team.
Your role will be to work from our Coulsdon Campus as part of a cross college Premises team to ensure the efficient day-to-day running and upkeep of the College and ensuring that sites are safe and fit for purpose.
You will be expected to work shifts and should be physically fit, proactive, work well in a team and have experience of working in an estates, facilities or maintenance role.
You should also have a good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
