Excellent Package - starting salary 3A £18,934 (£9.84 per hour) 

37.5 hours per week plus an overtime Saturday shift on rotation

We are seeking to appoint a well organised, skilled and professional Premises Officer to provide site maintenance and security. The hours of work are most commonly either 7:00am to 3:00pm or 1.15pm to 9.15pm Monday to Friday (including a half hour daily unpaid break), with a Saturday shift on rotation, typically one in three weeks (subject to variation), during term time (paid at 1.5 times hourly rate - £14.76 per hour as overtime). The successful candidate would ideally have a trade although this is not essential; however, basic electrical, plumbing or carpentry skills would be advantageous as would the ability to support our Technology department in the role of technician with raw materials preparation.

• Ensuring the premises and its contents are appropriately maintained, cleaned, secured and fit for purpose in line with all relevant legislative requirements

• Must hold a clean UK driving licence and be prepared to drive the school minibuses, on occasion, once the required training has taken place
