St Michael’s Prep is currently seeking two dynamic and enthusiastic Gap Students to join our outstanding PE department. Get ready for an adventure where you will collaborate with our fantastic PE team, paving the way for a rewarding career working with children and showcasing the positive impact you can make on their lives.
The successful candidates will dive into the world of PE and Games lessons, taking on administrative work, break duties, sports fixtures, tournament organisation and have the opportunity to support in the classroom. You will learn to plan, organise, support, progress, nurture and enrich the lives of children all the while being a reliable team player. If you've got unique ideas or special skills up your sleeve, we want to hear about them!
We are on the lookout for individuals with a genuine passion for sports, those who engage in regular play, and preferably, have some experience in sports coaching, refereeing, and basic IT skills. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and develop in a vibrant and supportive environment.
The post is working for the academic year and will allow you to gain valuable insights to working in the teaching profession.
