Job Description:
As a Prep Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils’ learning and development within the prep school. Your role will involve assisting individual or small groups of children who may need extra help with their studies or social skills, ensuring they feel confident and included in the classroom environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Basic organisational skills
