Moorlands School seeks to appoint a well‐qualified, motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join its committed team from September 2019.  The successful candidate would be a member of SMT - taking the lead on assessment, provision for able pupils and enrichment activities across the school - and be a class teacher in either KS1 or KS2. This is a full-time role.

We are a non-selective, IAPS co-educational Prep School and Nursery for children aged 2-11, conveniently located in Weetwood, close to the Ring Road in North Leeds.  The school is large enough to have great facilities, but is small enough for all of the children to be known by the staff and each other. 

Our pupils are incredibly proud to be ‘Moorlanders’ and benefit from the strong sense of community which exists within the school and live up to its motto – ‘Intrepide’.  Pastoral care is a particular strength of the school and we work hard to ensure that each pupil achieves the very best that they can, both academically and through extra-curricular opportunities.
