Due to the continued growth of the school, Stonar has an exciting opportunity for a Prep School teacher to join the team for the next academic year. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage Two Teacher to join a well-established Prep School. We are looking for applicants who work Part time 0.4. The successful candidate will work in a job share class teacher in one of our Key Stage Two classes and be a subject lead for at least one area of the curriculum.

Stonar is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18, which was rated excellent by ISI in October 2018 for both pupil achievement and personal development - a standard maintained in our recent 2023 inspection. Our pupils regularly achieve results which are beyond expectations both academically and personally and we pride ourselves on our ability to nurture the learning needs of every individual in a respectful, supportive and globally-minded community. All staff are expected to proactively support the aims of the School.

Stonar is situated in over eighty acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, yet only a twenty minute drive from the World Heritage City of Bath and within easy reach of the M4 corridor. The School benefits from being part of Globeducate, a forward-thinking international group of schools, giving pupils and staff the opportunity to be an active part of a globally-minded community.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Prep to promote a lifelong love of learning.
