Batley Multi Academy Trust’s sole purpose is to provide a great education for Primary and Secondary learners throughout a local family of schools. Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Batley Grammar School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Manorfield Infant and Nursery School and Upper Batley High School. We provide high quality education for all young people. This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence throughout all of our schools, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters. 

At Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School we ensure that the children are happy at school, love learning and become the best they can be. Having been awarded Good in our recent Ofsted Inspection (May 2022) we continue to work towards providing a first class education for each and every one of our pupils.  Our shared values  underpin school life and create the nurturing environment that enables children to thrive.  The skills and dedication of our committed staff, allows our school to provide the best start to children’s education. 

We are seeking to appoint an innovative Primary Class Teacher to work in Year 6. The role includes additional responsibilities for leading on the Key Stage. The successful candidate will work as part of a specialist team including teachers, support staff and a range of other professionals to support the learning and progress of children.
