The Role
You will plan and deliver high-quality learning across the primary phase, contribute to a vibrant co-curricular offer, and help build a culture where students are safe, happy and ambitious. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Primary and a dedicated team of passionate colleagues to establish excellent habits and joyful classrooms.

Start date: August 2026 

You will bring:
  • Strong subject and pedagogical knowledge of the National Curriculum (2014).
  • Experience with thematic, enquiry-led teaching that nurtures curiosity, creativity and collaboration.
  • Confident use of formative and summative assessment and progress data to inform teaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positivity, flexibility and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude suited to a young, growing school.
  • UK-recognised teaching status (e.g., QTS). Teachers with recent UK experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh (SISPP) is "A School like no other in Cambodia".
