The City of London Primary Academy Islington has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and inspirational teacher to join our team and lead a class of enthusiastic wonderful children. A proven track record of delivering high quality RWI would be highly desirable.
Our school opened its doors in September 2017 with two reception classes and the school is growing, year on year; to date we have Reception through to Y3 children and we will have Y4 pupils from September 2021. We seek a teacher who is passionate about education, with the talent to inspire outstanding outcomes for our pupils through the delivery of an ambitious, creative and carefully sequenced curriculum.

The school is the newest primary to join the family of highly successful City schools, where pupils have achieved Outstanding results, ranking the City of London Academy Trust as the top performing academies chains in the country for pupil progress. Under the new Ofsted framework, COLPAI was judged to be an Outstanding school in November 2019 and we continually strive for excellence in all that we do. Our popular and oversubscribed school is highly recommended by our parents and offers choice for parents in the local area.
