We are a 3-16 all age fully inclusive Academy. Being able to work across all primary key stages, the successful candidate will have a passion for collaboration and a commitment to ensuring each child reaches his or her potential. The post is suitable for an enthusiastic, creative and caring teacher who will be able to deliver outstanding outcomes for our primary aged children.


Main Duties:

To teach primary aged children as identified by the schemes of work; year group will be confirmed after appointment.


The successful candidate will be someone who will:

• be a highly effective practitioner or demonstrate the potential to be so, having a clear understanding of the characteristics of high-quality teaching and able to teach across the whole ability range

• quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with both pupils and colleagues

• motivate children to work hard and try their best through passing on to them their infectious enthusiasm and passion for learning!

• actively share good practice and seek to explore ways to improve their own and others’ teaching 

• work hard to ensure all pupils make at least expected progress irrespective of their starting point and individual needs

• understand that behaviour management starts with the quality of teaching in the classroom

• demonstrate personal resilience and role model those personal qualities we wish to instil in our young people
