English School Los Olivos, founded over 45 years ago, is a co-educational day school with students from the age of 3 to 18. We are a small, friendly school with a two-form intake. The school is in its own grounds in a pleasant residential area, approximately 15 minutes from the centre of Valencia.

The city of Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast, is the third largest in Spain. It is a lively place, with an interesting mixture of old and new.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed teacher to help our students be happy and secure in the school environment as they develop personally, socially and as autonomous and creative learners.

We are looking for a teacher who is motivated by the desire to support children to reach their full potential and understands the importance of teamwork and good communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.

KEY SKILLS

• Solid knowledge of the British Curriculum with appropriate experience and qualifications.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in order to deliver a rounded and exciting primary curriculum.

• Effective differentiation. Identify student needs and implement intervention to enable students of all abilities and learning styles to progress.

• Provide feedback and communicate effectively with parents and pupils.
