Our school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed class teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a class teacher to join Richard de Clare Community Academy and to develop your skills in a supportive school who are on an exciting journey of improvement. We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds the highest expectations for all children regardless of their backgrounds
• Is passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning
• Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of phonics and early reading
• Has a commitment to collaborative professional development
• Is a reflective practitioner and actively seeks to improve their own practice
• Will work effectively as part of a class, year group and phase group team
