Owing to a review of our Federation Leadership, we are looking to appoint an experienced and effective School leader for our Primary Schools.

The Holsworthy Federation currently consists of three Primary Schools and the local Secondary Community College.  Two of these Primary Schools are Church of England Schools.  In total there are 120 Primary pupils who feed into the local Secondary School.

Are you a leader who inspires, makes a real difference to children’s lives; many of who are from rural backgrounds.  Can you lead and develop a committed workforce?  If so, we could be the Federation for you.

You will need the ability to be able to empower others to achieve excellence, providing development opportunities for pupils and staff in a supporting and challenging role.

You will need secure experience within Primary education, having good knowledge of school improvement, current agendas and the enthusiasm and energy to lead our committed staff.

The successful applicant will promote high quality education for all pupils, ensuring improved standards,learning and achievement together with supporting and promoting the ethos and values of each unique School within the Federation
