Not only is the primary phase new to us as a school but also throughout the trust, a real blank canvas to build upon and as we develop year on year.
We are currently recruiting an Admin Assistant to have responsibility for our Primary Phase as we prepare to open our founding class September 2024. We are looking for someone who has admin experience, is proactive and enjoys engaging with children and their families.
What is special about Bohunt Horsham?
- An unparalleled culture of positive regard across the entire school community
- Relationships amongst staff built on shared values, professional respect and investment in one another
- Students who are curious, compassionate and proud to be ambassadors of their school
- Regular opportunities for career progression arising within the school and across the Trust
We are in our fifth year since opening, located just north of Horsham, West Sussex. From our found Reception class starting September 2024 we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16 with a nursery facility by September 2030.
We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust, a MAT with nine schools including two Sixth Forms and a boarding facility. We may be separated geographically, however, all BET schools are student centred, sharing an uncompromising belief in high achievement and unconditional positive expectations, a real sense of community and a dynamic, innovative approach to education.
As a school our ethos is simple: enjoy, respect, achieve, translated to your younger community members as play, care, grow. We value a love of learning and actively promote the characteristics that make lifelong learners such as curiosity, hard work, critical thinking and a thirst for knowledge. We champion values such as empathy, tolerance and kindness that will develop learners who are game-changers, making the world a better place. Our students are empowered and supported to develop life skills such as resilience, confidence and courage, which will help them to overcome obstacles that may stand in the way of achieving their potential.
