Marish Academy Trust is seeking applications from enthusiastic and caring EYFS teachers who are passionate about education and in particular Early Years. The successful applicants will be outstanding practitioners, who will also possess other pastoral strengths. A good understanding of the Early Years Foundations Stage and learning through play is essential, as is a willingness to be involved in the extra-curricular life of the Trust. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified EYFS teacher to work with a flourishing multi-academy trust, renowned for its leadership development opportunities.

The successful applicant will have class teacher responsibility in EYFS and will be based either at Marish or Willow Primary Schools.

Salary Grade:

Full time, Permanent

£29,344- £40,083 per annum inclusive of London Weighting (Fringe) – MPR

OR

£41,858- £44,919 per annum inclusive of London Weighting (Fringe) – UPR

Main or Upper Pay Range, depending on experience and skills. The phase/year group’s additional responsibilities will depend on the interests and experience of the successful candidate.

Teaching and Learning Responsibility, and Recruitment and Retention allowance will be considered for the right candidate

Requirements: 

  • Early Career Teacher status (if applying as an ECT) 
  • Full or Part-time availability 
  • A creative practitioner 
  • A candidate that has high expectations of themselves and others, and is committed to maintaining our high standards 
  • The ability to respond imaginatively to the challenges of curriculum delivery and development 
  • Flexibility and willingness to change schedules at short notice
