About Woodloes Primary School

Woodloes Primary School is a large and thriving two-form entry school in the heart of Warwickshire. Our ethos encapsulates high standards and expectations, excellent learning and teaching and the positive wellbeing of pupils and staff. Woodloes has a strong teaching team which is widely respected and supported by our academy community. The school was judged “Good” overall by Ofsted in 2019 with “Outstanding” for personal development and Early Years.

All of the staff are committed to ensuring that the school keeps its friendly, caring atmosphere whilst ensuring that children develop a broad range of life skills. We want all the children to become confident, independent learners who show respect for one another and can talk articulately about their feelings and ideas. The Headteacher will further develop a positive culture and ethos where each child will be inspired and enabled to do well, and their progress supported every step of the way.

The school is part of the Community Academies Trust (CAT)- an organisation comprising of thirteen primary schools, and three secondary schools. We are driven by a desire to lead rather than follow, and to be beacons of outstanding local provision, which our community can rely on for the excellent education we provide for our children. We have a proven track record of achieving excellence and, as Headteacher of Woodloes Primary School, you will be supported by expertise from across the trust and also contribute to our work as a family of schools.
