Job overview
Edmonton County School is proud to serve a diverse cultural community. We are looking to recruit Primary classroom teachers to join our expanding school. This is an important time in the life of our school and a great opportunity to be part of its future. We provide a welcoming atmosphere for our pupils, parents and families and have a happy and hardworking team.
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, creative, motivational and inspirational teachers and applicants must have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising standards.
In January 2014 Edmonton County became an ‘all-through’ school catering for pupils from age 4 to 19. Our OFSTED inspection in December 2014 confirmed that we are a consistently good school aiming to become an outstanding school in the near future.
Edmonton County Primary Phase currently has 9 classes that consist of Reception, Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 children with Year 5 classes from September 2017. We are now seeking to appoint exceptional practitioners who are ambitious, passionate, committed and inspiring classroom teachers who will ensure that all our children have high expectations and believe that learning never stops.
This is an exciting opportunity: if you are someone that has endless enthusiasm and will go that ‘extra mile’ for children and families then we would love to hear from you.
