Job overview
Paddock School is a growing, outstanding and innovative split site school in Roehampton, Putney and Southfields for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties with Autism or severe of complex learning difficulties.
We are looking to appoint a head of department with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility to lead a team of three classes as part of the wider school team. You will be an outstanding class teacher and enjoy demonstrating your creativity and excellent interpersonal skills in supporting us to work towards our vision – To Nurture, Inspire and Transform Lives.
The successful candidate will maintain, build on and extend established outstanding practice in order to meet each pupil’s individual needs. All staff are provided with training and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake fully funded accredited middle leader training.
