About Holy Family R C School
Holy Family Roman Catholic Primary School is situated in the Summerhill area of Aberdeen, serving a wide catchment area covering northwest Aberdeen and an adjoining part of Aberdeenshire to the west. Holy Family is a denominational school and is part of the Northfield Associated Secondary Group (ASG).
The school is supported by a very enthusiastic PTA that meets monthly to organise a range of fundraising events. The school also has strong links with our local community. Staff work closely with staff in the local Secondary school and the other 6 associated primary schools. The Parish Priest visits classes on a weekly basis and gives a great deal of support during the Sacramental preparation of the children. Over the past few years there has also been a developing partnership with Marathon Oil.
The school prides itself in being open to parents/carers and the wider community and take every opportunity to enhance this positive and encouraging ethos.
