Vacancy - Primary Teacher- August 2021 start
Due to an increase in pupil members we are looking for primary class teachers with UK qualifications and UK experience to give amazing learning to our brilliant children here in Dubai.
The Aquila School opened in September 2018, initially with only primary children, adding a year group each year- in August 2021 we will welcome our first year 9 pupils. The school is located in a residential area called Dubailand, about a 20 minute drive from the city centre.
The vision for the school is to be a happy community school with amazing learning at its heart where pupils are empowered to make choices, engage in meaningful learning experiences and make exceptional progress. Teachers should be skilled at ensuring that children are actively learning throughout each lesson.
Children and families love our school due to our focus on amazing learning and developing a sense of community and school connectedness. Teachers enjoy working here because they are genuinely empowered to teach the children what they need to learn right now.
The Aquila School is the first new build school designed and managed by The International Schools Partnerships (ISP) a UK based organisation with schools all around the world.

The Aquila School is a happy community school opened in September 2018. We are proud to be the flagship school for International Schools Partnership (ISP), a global community of 80 international schools across 22 countries with a shared purpose of growing the world’s most curious, confident minds. At The Aquila School we welcome children aged 3 to 18 years old and prepare pupils for a complex, challenging, and competitive future. The Aquila School offers the English National curriculum adapted to be relevant to meet the diverse community that we serve. In Y11 we offer a range of IGCEs and in Sep 2024 we launch our sixth form offering IBDP, IBCP and a range of BTecs as well as an Asdan pathway.
