The Phorms network includes seven German-English bilingual nurseries, primary and secondary schools as well as the Heidelberg International School (H.I.S.). Our independently managed schools and nurseries are located in Berlin, Erlenbach, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Munich.

We teach children and young people to understand the world in all its cultural and linguistic diversity, local characteristics and global contexts. We allow each child to be different. We foster individual talents and interests to enable our students to remain self-confident and inquisitive. We are a community. We learn together and show one another respect and do so within a whole-day school environment.

CAMPUS DAILY LIFE

Phorms Munich sees itself not only as a place of learning, but also as a place of living. Within the whole-day community our students learn to live together, to share and to interact with one another. The time in the school community also teaches them to represent their own interests and prove their abilities. We offer our students an environment, in which they enjoy to learn, to discover and develop their talents. Furthermore we provide the required structures for students to be looked after according to their individual needs.

VISION AND MISSION

We prepare students to embrace the unlimited possibilities their futures hold.

The core elements of the Phorms value system are respect and responsibility. This is why we want to accompany and guide students to self-awareness combined with respect and empathy that eventually leads to responsibility. The fostering of the individual responsibility of each student is our main focus. Trust grows out of responsible action and thus enables the individual to make important decisions and to speak for a group. Self-awareness and discipline are conditions for real togetherness in learning. All teachers in our team are role models concerning this philosophy of self-awareness that aims at responsible action of all our students.
