Our academy was recently visited by Ofsted in January 2025 and we gained an outstanding judgement in all strands of inspection. Our percentage of pupils with identified SEND needs is above the national and local average.

We are looking for an individual who has the experiences of the children at the heart of their thinking and the desire to make a real difference for the pupils in our community. You will join a group of professionals who are determined to develop the academy into the very best it can be, contributing in innovate ways to develop our curriculum and extended provision.
We look forward to you joining our dedicated and supportive team.
We have an incredibly caring, passionate and talented staff who are dedicated to ensuring that they provide a positive foundation for each and every child who comes through our doors. We are really proud of Estcourt, our children are amazing and a real pleasure to teach!
