Job overview

A great opportunity to work in a European country with international colleagues. Skipper Clement is an established Danish private school of 880 students, 270 students being in the International line. Students are aged 5 to 17 years and come from all over the world. In addition to working with a strong group of international teachers, you will be able to participate fully in Danish life and culture and work within a Danish school.  Aalborg has 200,000 residents, and lies on the Limfjord in Nordjylland. It is an attractive, enjoyable, clean and well provisioned city.

In the International line we use Cambridge International Examinations curriculum and exams .https://www.cambridgeinternational.org

Instruction is in English and as most students are second language English learners, you must have fluency in both spoken and written English. This post is open to both experienced and newly trained teachers, we can provide an experienced mentor for you.

You will work in Key Stage 2 (Years 4, 5 and 6) primarily. In addition to being a strong teacher of the core subjects (English, Mathematics and Science) we are looking for a teacher with a passion for teaching art, music and/or drama.
