The role

You will need to have an awareness of the national curriculum across KS1, KS2 and an excellent understanding of Early Years curriculum. Phonics knowledge and experience is paramount for this role. The foundations of success have been built from a nurturing leadership team, who recognise the importance of working effectively as a team throughout the school. With a good report from Ofsted, this candidate should be able to enter this motivating school and execute their day-to-day role with confidence and compassion.

Requirements

• A UK recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or BA with QTS)

• Be able to accommodate for varying needs.

• Able to assess effectively to ensure pupils achieve the highest possible standards, feeding back outcomes to SLT and parents if needed.

• Be able to adapt to different routines daily.

• Have experience of the national curriculum, phonics, and an EYFS setting.

• Be flexible and creative when supporting teaching.

• Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Mon-Fri.
