The Royal British International School is a new school opening to pupils in September 2019. In preparation we are looking to appoint enthusiastic Primary teachers who wish to play an important part in the opening and future development of this exciting and dynamic British International School in New Cairo.
Over the last five years New Cairo has rapidly developed into a vibrant modern city approximately 40km from Downtown Cairo. It contains all of the modern amenities you would expect from modern day 'new cities' and their related developments. The majority of private housing is located in gated compounds, road networks are excellent and the area has become a focus for International Schools, The American University in Cairo (AUC), Cairo Airport, new hospitals shopping malls and administrative centres for many international corporations and brands.
The Royal School Senior Leadership team is already in place and are looking to appoint hardworking and creative teachers with outstanding subject knowledge, well rounded classroom skills and a genuine passion for education.
It is expected that teachers have an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and are up to date with current developments.
The Royal School will welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers and experienced teachers alike. There is a comprehensive new teacher induction programme and full support will be provided to all new staff.
Successful applicants will be fully supported in their relocation to enable them to start along with pupils at the beginning of September. This exciting new position is the result of increased demand for pupil places.
For all teaching positions we require the following:
1. A completed TES Application form.
2. An up to date CV including a recent photograph
3. The details of two referees must be included in the application form.
