Wybers Wood Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our academy in September 2022 on a full time permanent basis.

Your new school

Wybers Wood is a large primary with over 400 pupils (aged from 4 to 11) on roll where excellent attainment and progress for pupils are consistently maintained. We are situated to the west of Grimsby and serve a large leafy housing estate and some of the outlying villages. We take great pride in creating a warm and friendly environment and a positive culture for learning so that our children are given opportunities to excel.  We place great emphasis on the social and emotional development of our pupils, alongside the encouragement of a love for learning so they can achieve their full potential academically. High emphasis is placed on pupil and staff well-being to make Wybers Wood Academy a great place to be.

Your new role 

We have an exciting teaching opportunity and are looking for an outstanding, committed and motivated teacher to contribute to the development of teaching and learning in our academy.  This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and determined classroom practitioner who can display a real passion for developing and inspiring the pupils in their care. An interest in music would be desirable but is not essential.  Applications are welcomed from ECTs as well as experienced practitioners.
