About the role

As a Primary Teacher at TEMS, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality learning experience that inspires, challenges and supports every child. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Cognita Teaching Toolkit, using innovative and evidence-informed approaches to foster independent thinking and personal growth. You will use both formative and summative assessment tools to monitor and support student progress, maintaining high expectations and a positive classroom climate at all times. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to wider school priorities, attending key events and meetings, and supporting the pastoral development of your pupils. In addition, you will be actively involved in safeguarding, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, where your passion for teaching and continuous professional development will be valued and supported.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 1st September 2025 start date.

Who we are looking for: 

You are an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced primary educator with a passion for inspiring young minds. You hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and QTS (or international equivalent), and bring significant experience teaching in a primary setting. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to your own development as well as that of your students. You are reflective, adaptable, and data-informed, using insights to improve outcomes and drive progress. Your excellent English language skills are essential, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. You understand the importance of safeguarding and wellbeing, and you approach your responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and care. If you are excited by innovation, committed to personal and academic growth, and keen to be part of a vibrant international school community, we would love to hear from you.
