SAGE COLLEGE is offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team passionate about developing our school and inspiring a love of learning in our pupils.

We invite candidates, who are available from 1st November 2025, to apply for a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher position. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, versatile, dedicated, and caring, with high expectations of themselves and their pupils. Applicants must hold full teaching qualifications with at least two years of recent experience teaching in Primary, ideally within the National Curriculum of England and Wales.

Leadership interest or experience will be highly valued, as we are seeking teachers who can contribute not only to classroom excellence but also to the strategic and academic growth of the school.

The successful applicant for the Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher post will:

  • Have a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have relevant experience in a UK or International School following the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
  • Be a fluent English speaker (fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required).
  • Hold an EU passport/status or TIE.
  • Have proven experience teaching in Primary, ideally Key Stage 2.
  • Have experience of working with pupils for whom English is not their first language or be prepared for it.
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the further development of the school.
  • Be able to inspire and enthuse students, making learning engaging, challenging, and rewarding.
  • Be an outstanding, student-centered classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge.
  • Additional subject expertise (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Music, PE, Art, Drama, or Computing) will be highly valued.
