Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.  The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is QTS and relevant experience working in a similar setting with challenging behaviours.

Vision for Education are looking for a Primary Teacher to work within a Specialist Setting in Wakefield on an immediate full-time basis. The ideal Primary Teacher will be creative and have proven experience of being able to adapt to needs of the students on a daily basis.  

This is a setting that cater for students with a wide range of needs that result in the young learners requiring additional support on a smaller scale. The dedicated team work very well together ensuring that the all students are able to reach their full potential. Most students have social, emotional and mental health needs and may have additional learning difficulties. 

To be considered for the Primary Teacher (Specialist Alternative setting) position, you will:

Have experience within the last 2 years in a similar setting that we are able to gain professional references from

Be a qualified Primary Teacher
