Primary teacher to Teach KS3

Pyrland School is seeking to appoint an inspirational Primary trained teacher who has experience of raising achievement at KS2 to join our SEND team at Pyrland School. 

The successful candidate will support the progress of individuals and small classes of KS3 students, who require a highly differentiated and specialist curriculum. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the planning and delivery of a bespoke curriculum for Literacy, Numeracy and Humanities. You will teach in a designated classroom base, working alongside other teachers and Teaching Assistants. 

The successful applicant will have high expectations, a commitment to excellence and be passionate about meeting the needs of every child. They will be able to demonstrate that they can engage well with young people and build positive relationships. 

We welcome applications from teaching professionals from either a mainstream primary school or a special school background. Most importantly, you must have the aspirations and desire to make a difference by providing exceptional care, guidance and support, so that pupils thrive and make excellent progress in their personal development.
