The school’s curriculum has been fully approved by both the Galician Government and the British Council, and is considered to be, alongside its sister school in Coruña, one of the foremost British School in the Galicia region. It is the first and only Cambridge-approved school in Galicia.

O Castro British International School is seeking a mid Primary school teacher (KS2) for September 2022. The ideal candidate must be a mother tongue English speaker and enjoy working in an international environment.

O Castro British International School was founded in 2008 as the first international school in Galicia. The school is situated in Mos, a town close to the city of Vigo.

O Castro British International School offers an education that is designed to nurture confidence and a sense of personal responsibility in its students, promoting imagination and creative thought, personal and emotional balance, self-discipline and the ability to learn independently.
