About our school:

The Grange is an incredibly supportive school. Whatever level you work at, every little milestone you achieve is celebrated, making you feel very appreciated and valued. Like any work place, there are great days and less great days, however the whole staff team are always on call to lend a listening ear. I value the opportunities and support I have received which have enabled to me grow and further my career. The job itself is so rewarding and gives a sense of satisfaction seeing how the pupils progress and enjoy their time here. As a relatively young person, this has quickly turned into my perfect job for so many reasons.

Overview of the role of Primary Teacher:

· Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students’ progression

· Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve

· Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team

· Support with report writing, help to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders

· Create engaging and safe learning environments

We would love to hear from people who:

· Passionate champions of students with SEND

· At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment

· Are resilient and eager to progress with their professional careers
